When I first started my skincare range, I wanted to use sustainable, environmentally conscious packaging. I was shocked at how difficult suppliers made it for us to source and supply the packaging. I felt like I was being forced to buy more than what I needed.

Two years ago, when my skincare range was facing the same problem again, I decided to adopt a simpler approach: refillable packaging.

Refilled products is not a new concept but they are more popular for hair and body care. Refilled skincare is much trickier as the ingredients are sensitive and have stability issues. However, I have managed so far to continue my service without compromising my product.

I know it is not ideal to ask my loyal customers to send back jars and bottles, but even this tiny adjustment can make a big difference to what we want to achieve.

Our mission is to adopt 100% sustainable recyclable packaging. We all have the responsibility to protect our environment, whether you are big or small and its never too late to act on it.
